MTV Movie Awards, my favorites

Young Anna Kendrick looks great! How perfect is her patterned dress and strappy heels for the MTV Movie awards?

Cameron Diaz always looks happy and she has the total California surfer girl look no matter what she wears. When you have flawless legs like hers, feel free to wear a short skirt! Me, I prefer a hemline down to my ankles. When I was at the Byron & Tracey salon, the stylist commented on how happy, sweet and down to earth Cameron was.

We all know that none other than the famous Rachel Zoe dresses Cam for these events and how do you think she did? I love it. From head to toe, perfection!

Lets face it, Scarlett Johansson is very pretty so there is never a time when she looks bad. But sometimes she looks better than others and here is a time where she looks gorgeous! I love the long wavy hair, the peachy cheeks and glossy lips. This is a look I’d like to copy and oh, if I only had that hair…

I love the old school glamour that Christina is rocking here. I have the details of her look in case you want to recreate her makeup!

Kristofer Buckle did the makeup for Christina at the MTV Movie Awards in Los Angeles. The mission, says Kristofer, was to give Christina “perfect ivory skin and strong bone structure” to highlight her bold and classic red lip.

To start, Kristofer prepped the skin with Lancôme’s new Teint Idole Fresh Wear Foundation in Bisque and Maquicomplet Complete Coverage Concealer in Ivoire (a makeup artist favorite).

For the eyes, Kristofer swept YSL Ombre Solo Smoothing Effect Eyeshadow in #2 Cashmere Brown along the crease. Three coats of Hypnôse Drama Mascara in Excessive Black topped the upper lashes and one light coat coated the lower lashes.

For Christina’s glam red pout, Kristofer first lined with Lancôme’s Le Lipstique Lipcolouring Stick in Rougelle, a sheer red liner. Color Design Matte Lipstick in Red Haute delivered the rich dose of red—perfect for the iconic pop star.
