Drinks for Health and Energy

I love drinking water all day but sometimes I want another option. Enter two drinks that I have been enjoying lately- Grass Fed Coffee, a delicious cold brew butter coffee with MCT oil, and Bali Mangosteen Juice.

Let’s explore these beverages!

First up is the Grass Fed Coffee. This drink is housed in an 11 fluid oz. Tetrapak which is super convenient for on the go. This coffee is perfect for those who are Keto, Paleo, or for those who practice Intermittent Fasting. I am a HUGE coffee lover so when I tried this and loved it, I knew I had to share with my readers!

I like the fact this drink doesn’t contain sugar, is Non-GMO, and the coffee itself is a delicious blend of coffee, grass-fed butter, and coconut oil which makes it filling. I drink this in between meals, usually between breakfast and lunch, it keeps me full for a while and I feel an energy boost which I always need.

Grass Fed Coffee contains Medium-chain triglycerides (MCTs). If you are wondering what these are, let me break it down. MCTs are fats with an “unusual chemical structure that allows the body to digest them easily. Most fats are broken down in the intestine and remade into a special form that can be transported in the blood. B

ut MCTs are absorbed intact and taken to the liver, where they are used directly for energy. In this sense, they are processed very similarly to carbohydrates.” These fats are turned into energy and are hugely beneficial for giving the body more energy and mental clarity. Added bonus: you will see a reduction in sugar cravings when you drink this and you won’t get the typical caffeine jitters that some people get from coffee thanks to the added nutrients.

Grass Fed Butter contains Beta-Carotene, Omega-3 as well as Vitamins K2, A, and D.

I highly recommend this drink,  you can find out more by going here. Check out the information in the FAQ section.

Next, I am talking about this tasty Mangosteen Juice from Bali. You might know that Mangosteen is very high in anti-oxidants and full of nutrients. This reddish – purple fruit contains a white, juicy flesh and is popular in Thailand, it contains cancer-fighting properties and is anti-inflammatory. It also boosts the immune system.

I wish this fruit was available in the grocery store, I’d be eating it every day!

Thankfully, we can reap the benefits of this super fruit by drinking the juice which you can order online and find in stores.

I have been enjoying the blends from this beverage which are gluten-free and low in sugar. These are not super sweet and are a nice alternative to other drinks which may be processed and very high in sugar. Any sweetness in Bali juice is naturing occurring. These drinks do not contain any GMO ingredients.

You can choose between these flavors:

  • Glow – 100% pure mangosteen juice and nothing else. Note hints of bright berry and exotic flavors, a taste you simply need to experience.
  • Tao – Pure mangosteen juice with green tea. With subtle hints of green tea and exotic berry, this juice combination creates a light, balanced drink. * I love this one!
  • Life – Pure mangosteen juice with real pomegranate juice. Enjoy this indulgent, delicate drink bursting with flavors of sweet pomegranate and exotic berry.

All of these are delicious, my favorite is the Tao. I have consumed the whole bottle in one sitting and I have also poured a little into my water to jazz it up a bit. On the Bali website, they have recipes which sound really tasty! Check it out here.
