The Healthiest Foods You Should Be Eating

Looking for healthy foods to eat? Stop right here! The foods listed below are the richest source of essential vitamins and minerals available and they all come from nature! It would be wise to eat as many as you can every week. I love to juice and with my new VitaMix, I have increased the fruits and vegetables I consume.

Moving to a natural, plant based diet can be difficult for some which is why I (not that I am an expert by any means) always recommend, if asked for advice, on slowly weeding out the bad foods (processed and fast foods) and adding in the good. The idea is to be so full by eating nutrious foods that you don’t crave the unhealthy foods. I eat a lot of salads for lunch and usually have a big bowl of arugula with olive oil, sunflower and pumpkin seeds with himalayn sea salt at night with my dinner. In fact, my salad is usually 80% of my dinner.

These nutrient rich foods  are readily and easily available no matter where you live -unless you live in the South Pole or an equally remote place. Are some of your favorites listed? I put a star next to the ones I eat most!
