2 luxe serums for soft clear skin

skin-balm

I did a quick list of my faves from 2016 but I missed mentioned these two fantastic serums. Well that’s okay because they deserve a post all to themselves. If you didn’t see Vinter’s Daughter last year, or Maya Chia, its time to catch up now!

I am sadly done with my bottle of Maya Chia and Vinter’s Daughter is down to the very last drops. I absolutely loved both of these powerful serums.
Let’s review the ingredients of Vinter’s Daughter first. Here they are:
Here they are:
Grape Seed Oil, Hazelnut Oil, Alfalfa leaf, Dandelion leaf, Nettle leaf, Calendula flower, Avocado Oil, Rose Damascena Absolute, Rosehip Seed Oil, Carrot Seed Oil Extra Virgin, Lavender flower, Evening Primrose Oil, Neroli Flower Oil, Bergamot Peel Oil, Frankincense Oil, Jasmine Absolute, Cypress Leaf Oil, Lemon Peel, Rosemary Leaf, Sea Buckthorn Fruit, Tumeric Root, Tamanu Oil
There are so many nourishing,  nurturing, skin friendly ingredients in this little bottle. Many of the oils perform such miraculous things as lighten and brighten skin, heals, balances, soothes, helps with discoloration, cell rejuvenation and so much more.
I have been using it sparingly, savoring every drop I apply! You can find out much more by visiting the website here.
Maya Chia was also a favorite and I was impressed with this one too. Here’s what their website says:
“The Super Couple is a multi-correctional high-performance ultra luxe face oil serum combining the world’s most powerful antioxidant, astaxanthin, with nature’s #1 superfood, chia, rich with skin-loving omega fatty acids, antioxidants & minerals. Astaxanthin is an anti-aging powerhouse (clinically proven to have 65X the strength of Vitamin C to fight free radicals) to combat dull, tired, aging skin.”
This one is made a blend of the following:
Supercritical Chia (Salvia hispanica) Seed Oil (and) Haematococcus Pluvialis Algal (Astaxanthin) Extract, *Jasminum Grandiflorum (Jasmine) Absolute, *Rosa Damascena (Bulgarian Rose) Absolute, *Santalum Spicatum (Australian Sandalwood), *Aniba Roseodora (Rosewood) Essential Oil, *Daucus Carota (Carrot) Seed Essential Oil, *Lavandula Angustifolia (Lavender) Essential Oil, *Cistus Ladaniferus (Cistus) Essential Oil, *Boswelia Carterii (Frankincense) Essential Oil, *Myrrha Commiphora (Myrrh) Essential Oil, *Anthemis Nobilis (Roman Chamomile) Flower Essential Oil, *Chamomilla Recutita (German Chamomile) Essential Oil
Not only does the oil smell great (probably due to jasmine and rose) but it infuses skin with a rush of nutrients and gives the complexion a nice glow. Over the time I used this, I noticed dark spots lightened a bit and overall, my skin just looked healthier. I even used this (a drop or so) under my eyes for that delicate eye area that shows fine lines. Go here to learn more.
You cannot go wrong with either of these products.  To really soften skin and give your complexion a bit of pampering, the Mahalo Unveil Cleanser is my favorite cleanser at the moment and Josh Rosebrook’s Cacao Mask gives skin a noticeable boost each time you use it.
