What could be better than chemical free beauty?
Imagine only using pure, natural, organic products derived from plants and flowers and essential oils. That would be ideal, wouldn’t it? I would love to use nothing but natural products on my face, body and hair. I’ve always had this image in mind of a healthy, earthy version of myself. My hair would be long, thick and wavy, I’d be a master at yoga and I’d only feed my family organic food. I wouldn’t wear much makeup and my clothes would be woven from natural fabrics and fibers. My carbon footprint would be just a whisper on this earth. Hemp would be my middle name. You get the idea.
Alas, that vision is not likely to come to fruition completely but I can make an effort to seek out more organically grown products starting with cosmetics. In 2010, I would love to feature lots of safe, chemical free cosmetics and beauty products on this site. Organic or natural used to mean “smells like a vitamin” but not anymore!
