Flu season is in full force! Its moved through the family and I currently know several people who are suffering from a terrible cold. I’ve compiled some tips and remedies to help if you have a cold or feel like you might be coming down with one.
Wash hands often with soap, especially when you arrive home from being out.
Exercise and healthy foods boost your immune system.
Use Neti pot or use saline spray to rinse nasal passages.
Get lots of rest. Sleep at least 7-9 hours a night.
Vitamin C, 1000 mg two to three times a day.

Elderberry Syrup, easy to make homemade with dried elderberries
Apple Cider vinegar, 1 tablespoon three times a day
Hot tea or hot water with lemon, raw honey, cinnamon
