More often than not, you will find me doing yoga as my primary form of exercise. From physical therapy I learned that while I’m relatively laid back in my personality, I hold a lot in and my body is very tense. I have a difficult time relaxing completely. Yoga really helps with this and I love doing it.
On YouTube you will find loads of great yoga videos, I particularly like Yogea and Do Yoga With Me. I’ve also mentioned a wonderful yoga app for the ipad called Yoga Studio.
